QR Scanners interact with QR Mosaics in the same manner that they interact with any other QR code, for example, on laminated A4 paper in a shop window.

That is to say, once they scan a QR mosaic, they will exhibit the same behavior as they would when reading any QR code. That behavior varies greatly from QR scanner to QR scanner.
