Can premade QR mosaics be directed to my website after it is bought?

Yes, all premade mosaics can be redirected to your website. This can be achieved through using features available of the QR Mosaics website, available exclusively to the owner of that mosaic.

Am I limited to the colours that are in the premade or those available in the design tool?

No, there are lots more colors available. This is best established via discussion with QR Mosaics.
